Central air conditioning, tile-style floors, and classic Florida white walls create a cool space throughout. Helpful amenities like a private washer/dryer and room-darkening shades will help you relax on your schedule. Need to finish some work? One desk workspace downstairs and two in the upstairs game room make it easy to complete remote assignments. The semi-open kitchen features upscale appliances and an extra-long breakfast bar that features room for guests to help prep or indulge in some drinks. All bedrooms in this home are upstairs, so you don't have to worry about waking everyone up by chatting late. When you do decide to turn in for the night, every bedroom features a TV for cozy lounging as you drift off to sleep.

The quantity above is provided only for your first day of stay. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

Things to know

★ PLEASE KEEP IN MIND ★

- Check-in is at 4PM / Check-out is at 10AM.
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- Smoking is NOT allowed.
- The entrance to the complex is gated.

★ POOL INFO ★
- The pool heat is NOT included in your stay.
- Pool heat fee: $35/night + taxes.
- Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested with a 3-• day advance notice.
- Note: It takes 24 hours for the water to be heated.
- Pool size: 11’ x 22’.

You must ensure your children’s safety, including supervision at all times and staying in the assigned areas around the vacation home.

★ BBQ GRILL ★
• Price for the usage of the grill is $100 + taxes.
• We do not offer any BBQ Grill utensils.
• Grill will be locked, and can only be unlocked once the payment is complete.
• A penalty fee of $250 will apply for any damages caused by the bad usage of the grill.

For additional parking, please use the Overflow Parking located on Strand Dr. A map can be shared with guests once the booking is confirmed.
