The bright and modern kitchen boasts white cabinetry, quartz countertops, and upgraded GE Profile Appliances. Fully equipped to cook and serve meals for up to 14 people.
Note: Drip Coffee and Nespresso Coffee machines are available. Just bring your coffee and/or Nespresso (VertuoLine) coffee pods of choice.

The home features multiple areas to enjoy meals together.
Elegant formal dining area seats 8; adjacent office table doubles as a dining area for 6; kitchen barstools seat 4; and outdoor patio table seats 6.

★ GAME ROOM ★

Here you’ll find abundant opportunities to build lasting memories! The generously sized loft has been converted into an epic game room with a coastal vibe. Games include: 8 ft billiards table with adjoining bar counter and mini fridge, regulation-sized ping pong table, foosball table, magnetic wall mounted Scrabble, and board games galore!

★ FAMILY ROOM ★

Florida sunshine streams into the double sliding glass doors - the view out to the pool and the swaying palm trees serve as a constant reminder that you’re in paradise. A perfect gathering place to converse, watch movies, or snuggle up with a book.

★ PATIO ★

You will hear the ocean and feel the constant breeze as soon as you step out to the pool area. This outdoor living space features 4 chaise loungers, a seating area, and a dining table for 6. There are no rear neighbors. As the backyard faces South, the sunlight shines on the pool all day as it moves from East to West.

★ OFFICE/OVERFLOW DINING ★

We hope that you’ll have plenty of time to relax and recharge but if you must work, we have you covered. We affectionately call this space “The Board Room” —a nod to the surf board mounted on the wall. This bright, surf-inspired room features a double window and a large work table that seats 6. The perfect place for collaboration, studying, and board games. Blazing fast internet throughout the home ensures that you will be back on the beach as quickly as possible!

Things to know

★ POOL INFO ★

• The pool heat is NOT included in your stay
• Pool heat fee: $35/night + taxes
• Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested with 2 days of advance notice (Note: It takes 24 hours for the pool water to be heated)
• Pool size: 11’ x 22’
• It is necessary for you to make sure of your children’s safety which includes supervision at all times and staying in the assigned areas around the vacation home.

★ ELECTRIC CAR CHARGER ★

The unit is equipped with a Tesla charger, which is only compatible with Tesla vehicles. If you drive a different type of electric car, please bring an adaptor.
• The cost to use the charger is $25 per stay.
• The lockbox code will be provided after payment has been completed.

There is a maximum of 4 cars parked on the property. Street parking is not permitted in the community.
