Spread out over 4,076 Sq. Ft., this house counts with a pool table room, private pool, fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and well-decorated and accommodating bedrooms. You will feel at home!

With a premium location of about 5 minutes (0.3 miles) from the beach, you will be able to relax and have fun with your family and friends. Head over to the private pool nestled in the backyard to watch the breathtaking Floridian sunset at the end of the day as a plus.

The house is ready to be the main scenario of your most beautiful memories, and our team will be happy to host you during your vacation!

The space

POOL INFO
The pool heat is NOT included in your stay.
Pool heat fee: $36 per day (tax included).
Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested with a 3-• day advance notice.
Note: It takes 24 hours for the water to be heated.
Pool size: 11’ x 22’.
You must ensure your children’s safety, including supervision at all times and staying in the assigned areas around the vacation home.

A barbecue grill is NOT provided.
Pets are NOT allowed.
Smoking is NOT allowed.
The entrance to the complex is gated.
The community is under development and the home is relatively close to the construction site.
