A modern 1,919 Sq. Ft. condo, counting 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms and bathrooms, a cozy living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a private balcony to watch beautiful sunsets.

The quantity above is provided only for your first day of stay. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

Things to know

★ PLEASE KEEP IN MIND ★

- Check-in is at 4PM / Check-out is at 10AM.
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- Smoking is NOT allowed.
- The entrance to the complex is gated.
- A small portion of the community is under development and the unit is relatively close to the construction site.
- The unit offers a grill. The guest who wants to use the grill must notify the team at least 3 days before arrival and pay the handling fee of $50. Please ask for the manual and rules of grill usage.

Melbourne is near local beaches, parks, shopping, restaurants, and all the sights along the Space Coast. Some Florida wildlife you may see in the area around the marina may include manatees, dolphins, osprey, pelicans, stingrays, horseshoe crabs, and sharks.
