- The entrance to the complex is gated.
- Each reservation includes up to 3 overnight parking passes. A maximum of 3 vehicles is permitted per reservation.

★ CLUBHOUSE ★
Guests are required to pay a daily resort fee of $20.00 + 12% tax per night (subject to change without notice), payable directly to the resort at check-in. This fee covers all occupants of the home and includes access to the pools, fitness center, sauna, and steam room. Guests will receive blue wristbands valid for the duration of their stay. All wristbands must be returned at checkout, as a $10 replacement fee applies for each lost or unreturned wristband.
